Deepak Mohla has received his MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi. Additionally, he is an alumnus of INSEAD France, where he completed a diploma on a management development program.

His multidimensional experience across Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Agriculture, Automobiles, Office Automation, Telecom and Industrial Entrepreneurship enables him to undertake the role of a Change Catalyst at the individual and organizational levels. |
He is the Managing Director of TMI India, where he provides strategic direction for organization development projects and Talent Management initiatives, facilitates strategy formulation and implementation, and enhances senior-level leadership through executive coaching.
Some of his clients include: Unilever, Tata Tea, DHL, Blue Dart, BPL Mobile, HSBC, Canadian High Commission, i-Flex, TCS, ECEL, Cargill, Cairn Energy, Yum! Restaurants, TCNS-“W” Group, etc.
Prior to becoming a full time member of the TMI India team, Deepak was the Managing Director of ModiCorp – a diversified group having various businesses in its fold. These businesses included – Xerox Modicorp, Spicecom (Cellular Services Provider), Spice Net etc.
His other corporate assignments were as Vice President and SBU Head – Escorts, General Manager- Modi Xerox Limited, where he pioneered the entry of the Company into Indirect Channels, General Manager – Sales Escorts and Group Product Manager Rallis India (part of Tata Group).
As an executive coach, Deepak has enhanced the effectiveness and impacted the growth and development of leaders at all levels--from mentoring assignments for business strategy to coaching assignments for impacting behavioral and leadership competencies.
Having been a business leader in various organizations, Deepak has an experienced insight towards leadership development; he brings a unique perspective towards challenges and dynamics for managers at all levels through coaching, training and consulting assignments.
Creativity, an intrigue for problem solving, empathy based on experience and insight on business issues and environment are part of his repertoire as a coach and mentor. He is a certified Emotional Intelligence (EI) coach and facilitator, supported by EI profiles, 360° tools and other relevant behavioral instruments. With his expertise in EI, he enables leaders to leverage their personal strengths, build self-awareness and understand the impact of their EI profile on their leadership behaviors. Therefore, he has been successful at enabling individuals to enhance their personal effectiveness, well being and also impact team and organizational effectiveness. He is also certified on CHPD (Centre for High Performance Development) Assessment and Development Centres and Development Programs.
