She brings to the table a rich corporate experience of over 10 years in Sales and Marketing in the Services sector. She began her career with The India Today Group– where she was responsible for Sales of print services to clients in India and overseas. In her role as the Account Manager, she made the sales grow manifold and nurtured them to be amongst the most profitable and large accounts for the organization.
She has been with TMI for over three years now, where she has successfully handled multi-dimensional roles in the areas of Sales, Key Account Management, Operations and Client Services. In her current role, she is leading the Direct Sales vertical of the organization. Some of her key clients include American Express, Accenture, Unilever, Fidelity, Aricent, Sapient, Glaxo Smithkline, The Oberoi Hotels and Spice Telecom.

Harleen has a proven ability in customer relationship management. Proactive ness, sharp business acumen and intense customer orientation make her a perfect fit for her role. Driven by the challenges faced by her clients, she derives great satisfaction in being able to provide the “right” solutions to them. She has successfully developed key accounts for TMI in a short span of time such as American Express and Global Logic, for which TMI has been conducting training programs since past three years. Apart from her external focus, Harleen is equally customer-oriented when it comes to her internal stakeholders, a quality that won her the award for Best Internal Service by TMI India in 2008.
