Prior to TMI, Indu founded an educational corporation in Kolkata that produced personal developmental effectiveness and determination rallies for hundreds of people.

At TMI, she is a Senior Consultant and has conducted various programs all over India such as Communication, Problem Solving, Delegation, Goal Setting, Relationship and Learning to Aim High. Some of her clients include: Geometric Software, TCS, Hewitt BPO, Ernst& Young, Unilever, Syntel, Thomas Cook, Bharti AXA, ICICI Prudential, RPG, Oberoi Hotels, Life Insurance Corporation, etc.

Expertise:
Her area of expertise in training is Leadership, Management Development Programs, Performance Enhancement and Management, Personal Effectiveness and Communication for Leaders. Some of her work in the area includes:

 Emotional Intelligence (EI) workshops for TCS at the Project Manager level across India,
 EI Leadership workshops for IOT at the Vice-President level and for Syntel’s Engagement     Managers.
 SDP and MDPs for Geometric Software’s team leaders, project managers and has trained     over 200 people for the company.
 In addition, she has conducted self-management workshops for Hewitt.

Her ability to connect with people and their issues related to the company and their industry makes her delivery style effective and applicable. She was awarded the “Best Impromptu Speaker” of the year by McGrath Institute of Leadership Training, at an all India level in 1990.
