Educational Background:
Linnet has a B Sc. in Math and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI, Mumbai.
Professional Experience:
Linnet has about seven years of enriched training experience in the service industry. She began her career at Daksh, as a process and communication trainer. Subsequently, she worked with Emmaculate– a training arm of Emmay HR, as a behavioral trainer. Here, she trained on service, communications skills, time management, assertiveness,
negotiation skills, team work, college to corporate programs, etc for clients such as UTV and Accenture, among others. Linnet was also responsible for internal training of 150 people on value deployment programs, goal setting and attitude change workshops. In addition, she was involved in employee coaching and mentoring for Emmay HR.
At TMI, Linnet consults and trains people on Service Excellence & Service Recovery, Personal Quality, Emotional Intelligence and Personal Skills. Some of her clients include IBM Daksh, Accenture, UTV, HSBC, The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Blue Dart, HSBC, DHL, Max New York Life, HP, Airtel, Thomas Cook, Godrej, RPG, Ceat, Hewitt Associates and Crisil.
She is also involved in the diagnostics, design, formulation and delivery of varied products, one of the hallmark products being “Certification of Recruitment Excellence”. She brings to her programs her keen sense of humor, excellent presentation and communication skills, knowledge of her subject and an element of fun and enthusiasm – all of which the participants are glad to take back.
A person who has a passion to make a difference in lives of people, some of Linnet’s other activities include voluntary work with the employees of Aaghan on motivation, training youth on goal setting and conducting talent workshops for young minds. This not only brings her a sense of satisfaction but also inspiration to touch hearts in different ways.
