Professional Experience:
Megha joined TMI after completing her studies and in the last three years, she has gained considerable experience in organizational performance, from an internal & external perspective. Her current role at TMI involves business development for all practices with a focus on Leadership and ICCS (International Complaints Culture Survey). Her role requires her to go out in the market and develop a learning of the challenges faced at the fingertips of an organization. Megha’s key accounts include industry leaders from the entire corporate spectrum such as Indian Hotels Company, AC Nielsen, Syntel, RPG Group, HDFC Standard Life, ICICI Bank, Bharti AXA, Thomas Cook and Godrej Appliances.
Prior to this, Megha was part of the internal HR team at TMI that required her to engage and enquire the most critical resource for any company: the people. Her responsibilities included establishing HR policies and processes within TMI, specifically an effective recruitment process resulting in suitable talent acquisition. Thereafter, Megha was involved in designing solutions for clients along with a team of consultants using the Instructional Design methodology.
Megha has always been passionate about working in the field of human resource development and her experience is a perfect blend for a well-rounded HR consultant.
Apart from her work, she loves traveling, Chinese food and catching up on as much sleep as she can!
