Professional Experience:
Nishtha has been with TMI for three years. As an Engagement Manager, she is a trainer under the Performance Enhancement practice and also delivers Sales Solutions for TACK India.
In addition to training, Nishtha does business development for TMI and takes care of key accounts in NCR. With her experience in managing leadership projects, Nishtha is actively involved in providing solutions to customers around leadership assessment and development. Her knowledge and interest in Organizational Behavior makes her recognize the different forces at work that influence human behavior. This enables her to understand clients’ requirements and also facilitates in providing the relevant solution.
In personal development, presentation and communication skills workshops, she works at helping people identify their natural strengths and leverage those and also empathetically coaches people in areas of development to make them more effective. Participants from her programs go back with a strong sense of progress and feel empowered to deliver high performance. Some of her clients include CISCO, i-flex, InterGlobe, RPG, Gati, TCS, Coats India, Net devices, John Welch Technology Center, ANZ IT, Autodesk, Genesis Microchip Inc. etc
Prior to joining TMI, Nishtha has been actively involved in working with autistic children. She has also undertaken projects in the BPO sector, where she has done research work on aspects such as organizational climate, commitment and motivation. She is passionate about traveling and loves to explore new destinations. She also loves to mountain bike and her daily regime is not complete without an hour of running. Nishtha firmly believes that the quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their endeavor.
