Strategic Alignment
- All activities in all levels of an organization need to be aligned towards the same direction. For this, employees need to be able and willing to behave, act, perform and deliver in consistency with the corporate mission, vision, values and strategic goals. For a brand to come to life with internal and external customers, the organization needs to be aligned to deliver the brand promise through the organization's culture, structure, operations, systems and customer service. The employees of all levels must live the brand in their daily activities in a consistent and sincere way.
