Professional Experience:
Shaluu began her career with market research and analysis, after which she moved on to training and consulting. She has a total experience of over twelve years, of which she has spent over six in training and development.
Shaluu manages the Performance Management practice. She has also been involved with Service programs and Organizational Development interventions. Some workshops that Shaluu delivers include Time and Performance Manger, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Employeeship, Coaching, Supervisor Development Program, Service related programs and Team Building programs among others.
Shaluu is a powerful communicator and one of her strength's is her ability to connect with varied audiences. She is passionate about working with people and helping them find and develop their true potential.
Her strength as a coach enables participants to make real progress during the workshops. She is able to enthuse and energize participants to want to change and also work out with them realistic individual action plans for the way forward.
Her varied audience, industry and cross level experience enables her to customize programs to meet the specific requirements of the audience and also provide inputs for various kinds of queries and concerns.
