Vikas worked for IMI International School of Hospitality, ITES Grads, The Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai, MIHEF Middle East, and AKANKSHA – a South Mumbai based NGO.
He has rich experience in pre-opening hotels, educational institutes and training companies. He has facilitated team members from across the globe in the areas of cross-culture training, voice and accent neutralization, communication and presentation skills, with Customer Service being his forte.
At TMI, he has trained a wide spectrum of customers across industries and at various levels. He has conducted programs spanning Service, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Personal Effectiveness and Team Building.
