Professional Experience:
A certified trainer from the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (IBSTPI), Abhinav has rendered services to Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd, IBM Global Services and Dell International in the area of Communicative English and American Culture.
Abhinav has a flair for speaking eloquently and captivating an audience with a good blend of humor and content. This was amply displayed when he was adjudged the Asia’s youngest Certified Toastmaster in 2002, an international certification on leadership and communication skills.
 
He is characterized with zeal to learn and do things differently. At Convergys, he was the liaison point between the client and operations; he took an active part in the uplift of the program and improving scores. He was present at all the client calls and his input on the calls were always sought by the client. He has also received several commendation letters and awards for increasing the Customer Satisfaction scores and for fastest turnaround time on projects.

At Dell, Abhinav has conducted Train the Trainer programs for the offshore locations in Philippines & Manila on soft skills. During the Train the Trainer at Dell sessions he introduced games and activities, which brought out the concepts effectively and achieved immediate results.

In his current role at TMI, he has conducted workshops on Service Quality, Interpersonal skills, Productivity and Personal Development.  His clients include: Hewlett Packard, Sapient, Alcatel Lucent, CISCO, Airtel, Bosch, Godrej, ITC Infotech, Gati, Tesco, Max New York Life, Thomas Cook, Transworks and others.
