Anupama is a Senior Project Manager at TMI. She comes with over eighteen years of experience in the field of teaching, training and facilitating individuals and teams. Her extensive experience is backed by relevant knowledge and academic qualifications.

Her background includes working in organization development and training/facilitation roles in postgraduate colleges and corporate world. She has a strong understanding of people processes and behaviors of people.

Her style is amiable and direct and she has immense faith in human potential to understand self, and its motivations to change by taking ownership.

Before joining TMI she was working as Senior Manager, Learning and development with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company looking after their Leadership training needs. She has worked with clients such as Whirlpool, Intellevate, Freescale , Global Logic, Amarvilas  etc.
