Mandeep Singh - Client Partner - Solutions Team

 

Educational Background:
Mandeep has an MBA in General Management from VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University. During his education, he has worked on projects with companies such as Reliance Communications, Indian Airlines and Subros.

Professional Experience:
Mandeep is a Client Partner with the Sales practice, responsible for business development, account management and client interfacing. His role requires him to interact with the clients to understand their challenges, effectively contribute to all aspects of solution development, and manage the knowledge transfer/ delivery process from the learning & development design team to the account management team.

Prior to joining TMI, he has worked in project management, manufacturing and business development role for organizations in Automotive and Auto Ancillary sector. His responsibilities have included dealer development, optimizing value chains, and managing manufacturing system- material, processes and people.

Mandeep has always been passionate about working in the field of Sales, Sales Capability Building and Marketing. Some of the clients that he is currently working with are IOTL, Schindler and Network 18.

Apart from work, he loves traveling, theatre and cooking.
