Meenakshi is a Commerce graduate from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics (Mumbai University). She has completed her MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Technology & Management (ITM) – Mumbai. Additionally, she has done a Certificate Course in Instructional Design (CCID) from Symbiosis, Pune.
Experience :
Meenakshi has over nine years of professional experience in diverse industries such as Express (Courier & Logistics), Satellite Radio, Telecom and Insurance. Her prior assignments were with DHL Worldwide Express, Ogilvy One Worldwide (working on an assignment for Hindustan Lever Ltd.), Worldspace, Bharti Mobile Ltd and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. She has worked in the areas of Customer Service & Operations, Project Management, and Training & Capability Development.
Expertise :
Her area of expertise is Training and Capability Development. She has proven ability in content designing, training delivery, administering certification exams and conducting Assessment Centers for Career Progression. At WorldSpace, she was responsible for single-handedly managing training interventions for both the Call Center team as well as the Retail showroom team. At ICICI Prudential, she has been part of the core team responsible for constructing and managing the learning and development structure for all Customer Service & Operations teams across India. Currently at TMI India, interventions managed by her revolve around her core competencies, i.e. Service and Leadership.
