Education :Priya has completed her MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute, Pune and has received her Diploma in Hotel Management Operations from the Institute of Hotel Management and Nutrition, Ahmedabad.

Experience :
In a career that spans 10 years, of which 6.5 years have been spent in the training industry, Priya’s corporate experience includes: being a Lobby Manager with the Park group of Hotels, a certified facilitator for 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, managing & organizing Corporate Seminars (Dr. Stephen Covey, Dr. Ram Charan & Stephen M.R. Covey events), and Consulting for Selling and Training Delivery to people across hierarchical levels.

Prior to TMI India, Priya was with Franklin Covey, leading the open seminar vertical. She has delivered Performance Enhancement and Personal Effectiveness programs across industries and managerial levels.
At TMI India, Priya is a Senior Consultant and the Engagement Manager for the Bangalore region. Her responsibilities include leading the Bangalore team, consulting, business development and training. Her training focus at TMI is on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Performance Management interventions.

At TMI, Priya has delivered SDPs and EI Leadership programs with clients such as Cisco and TCS, among others. Previously, at Franklin Covey, she has delivered leadership programs for organizations such as Airtel, Cisco, Hewitt, GENPACT, etc. Some of her other clients include:  Agilent Technologies, American Express, Amway, Jindal Steel, WIPRO BPO, Hero Honda, British Gas, etc.

Priya’s core expertise is in Leadership training. She brings to the table exceptional clarity of thought and ability to facilitate solutions for participants in areas of Performance and Leadership. She is certified in Situational Leadership Theory One (SLT 1) and has the capacity to drive participants to work around areas of development and leverage their strengths to impact performance and create leadership value.
