Jithesh has received his MBA in Marketing from the University of Calicut. In addition, he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IBS, Hyderabad.
Experience:
Jithesh has 13 years of industry experience in Sales, Marketing Services, Learning & Development, Consulting and Business Development. He began his professional career providing IT hardware solutions to the SOHO/SME segment, after which, he moved on to management consulting.
Prior to TMI India, he was with Reliance Retail as the Training Head & NSO Lead (Kerala), where he was in charge of Leadership training, MDPs, Sales, Customer Care, Process, induction, and Business Analysis. Before that, he was with NIS Sparta, Reliance ADAG as Lead Trainer, and Performance Coach handling Sales, Behavioral and Process training for the telecom retailing vertical.
At TMI India, Jithesh Anand is a Senior Consultant and the Engagement Manager for the Western region. His responsibilities include Leadership and Performance consulting, business development and training.
He has conducted programs on Coaching, Feedback, Influencing Skills, Negotiation, Creative Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Relationship Building, Leadership Styles, Team Building and Motivation.
Jithesh’s rich experience comes from his wide exposure to various industry segments. During his tenure in management consulting, his focus was on Sales & Marketing Services, Learning & Development strategizing, Consulting and Expertise Marketing, conceptualization and execution of Marketing Communication programs, and Project Management and Training. As a result, he has successfully managed a range of projects with super brands in India, apart from numerous clients based in the Middle East & Europe.
Additionally, Jithesh also has multiple professional certifications for conducting programs on Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Business Process Orientation, Customer Care, Sales, Performance Coaching and Train the Trainer camps intended for frontline, middle and senior management professionals.

He has worked with senior management teams of SMEs & NRI business units and has the distinction of having trained delegates for over 9,600 hours from Manufacturing, Services, FMCG, Consumer Durables, IT, Telecom and Retail sectors. He was recognized as “Best Trainer and Coach” by Reliance NIS Academy in 2005, among other excellence awards from various organizations.
