Having worked with organizations such as SQL Star International, E-gurucool, Max New York Life and Monster Inc. in the field of Business Development, Malobika has catered to a variety of segments. She has experienced institutional sales, franchise selling and corporate sales, all of which have given her a rich understanding of the many facets of people and their requirements.

Malobika is best described as a person who is passionate about her work and the challenges that are a part of everyday existence. She has been in Sales for the past nine years and her experience has brought her to appreciate the constant endeavor of delivering on targets. Her years as a professional in a world driven by numbers have also made her understand the value of relationships.

At TMI, Malobika is responsible for Business Development in the Southern region. She understands that markets and customers expectations evolve every day and consistently strives to work with clients on understanding their needs and selling solutions in the area of people development. Her clients include Sapient, Aricent, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Motorola, Hewitt, Xchanging, Global Logic, Cairn India, InterGlobe Group, Whirlpool, i-flex solutions, Novell, Ernst & Young and other top management consulting organizations. She is also a trained sales consultant from TACK worldwide, a premier global brand in Sales and Sales Management.

When she’s not proving herself in her chosen field, Malobika enjoys reading and watching films in her spare time.
