Suman has over a decade of experience in the area of Human Resources.
She started her career in a financial services organization, supporting all aspects of HR. Subsequently as part of a consulting organization she handled a number of assignments, which included developing HR policies, systems and processes, designing and conducting employee satisfaction and climate surveys, executive search for senior management positions
Suman was part of the founding  team that established  operations of TMI in India, 1999. Ever since, she has been involved in delivering several training and consulting assignments in companies across industries – Software, Telecom, Hospitality, Agro and Education, Consulting and Financial Services.

Suman is the heads the Performance Management and Enhancement Practice. Adept in all the productivity and personal effectiveness related TMI programs, Suman is currently also involved in knowledge management at TMI India, thereby enabling leverage and effective application of  TMI’s know-how in all programs.. The training programs conducted by Suman include Time Manager, Presentation and Communication Skills, Performance Management System, Interpersonal Skills, Interviewing Skills, and Service.
