Professional Experience:
Yogesh has five years of professional experience in the retail, financial services and training industry. He has incubated two start-ups: a commodity futures enterprise that provides portfolio management and financial services, and a web based forum dedicated to providing a platform for dialogue and action vis-à-vis the political, social and economic changes facing the country.
Communication and people are his two passions in life and training allows for the two to overlap. His presentations are well rounded and laced with humor to effectively drive the point and help people bridge the gap between their thought and action.
As a counselor and trainer, Yogesh has conducted programs in institutions all over the country such as Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Loyola College, University of Madras, Bharath School of Management, Great Lakes Institute of Management, etc. He has trained on entrepreneurship, organized retail, creativity, organizational behavior, communication and soft skills.
In his current role at TMI, Yogesh is aligned with the Service Practice. He has conducted Customer In Focus workshops for Godrej and is currently involved with programs such as A Complaint Is A Gift and Employeeship.
Additionally, Yogesh is a writer with published columns on matters such as reservations, sensitivity and racism for newspapers and magazines such as The Hindu, Deccan Chronicle, Times of India, JAM and Tehelka.
